By accessing or using Panamtec Portfolio, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and controlling access to your account.
3. Panamtec Portfolio Service
Panamtec Portfolio is software for organizing and managing rental-property operations, including records related to properties, tenants, leases, maintenance, and financial workflows.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Information you enter or upload
- Ensuring you have the rights and authority to submit that information
- Using the service lawfully
- Maintaining accurate and current records where appropriate
5. Property and Tenant Information
You are responsible for the property, tenant, lease, and related operational information you enter, maintain, or process in Panamtec Portfolio. Panamtec provides software infrastructure and does not independently verify every record entered by landlords or operators.
6. Financial Recordkeeping Disclaimer
Panamtec Portfolio may organize income, expenses, property financial records, Schedule E-oriented categories, and related information. You remain responsible for validating your financial records and decisions.
7. Tax and Accounting Disclaimer
Panamtec is not a CPA, accountant, or tax advisor. Product reports and categories are organizational tools and are not professional tax or accounting advice.
8. Lease and Document Disclaimer
Panamtec Portfolio may provide lease and document workflows. Panamtec does not guarantee legal enforceability in every jurisdiction, does not guarantee suitability for every property scenario, and does not provide legal advice.
Panamtec is not a law firm. Users are responsible for reviewing documents and obtaining legal advice when needed.
9. Electronic Signatures
Panamtec Portfolio includes electronic-signature workflow functionality for implemented lease processes. Users are responsible for determining whether their use of electronic signatures satisfies applicable legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
10. Maintenance
Panamtec Portfolio can help organize maintenance requests and related workflow records. Panamtec does not perform maintenance work and does not guarantee third-party service-provider performance.
11. Third-Party Services
Panamtec Portfolio relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations to deliver portions of the service. Your use of certain functionality may also involve third-party terms and policies where applicable.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use Panamtec Portfolio to:
- Engage in unlawful activity
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with service operations
- Upload malicious code or harmful material
- Infringe legal rights or misuse others' information
13. Intellectual Property
Panamtec and Panamtec Portfolio software, branding, and interface materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Panamtec intellectual property to users.
14. User Content and Data
Users retain rights to information and content they submit. You grant Panamtec the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content as required to operate Panamtec Portfolio.
15. Service Availability and Changes
Panamtec Portfolio is provided on an evolving basis. Panamtec may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
16. Subscription and Pricing
Public pricing currently lists Free, Starter, Investor, Portfolio, and Pro plan tiers. Paid billing checkout, subscription enforcement, and related payment terms are not fully activated in the current implementation and may be introduced in later releases.
Additional paid functionality may be subject to separate pricing and terms when made available.
17. Account Suspension or Termination
Panamtec may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, security risk, or unlawful activity.
18. Disclaimers
Panamtec Portfolio is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
Panamtec is a software platform and is not acting as your property manager, law firm, CPA, accountant, tax advisor, lender, or insurance provider.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Panamtec will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Panamtec Portfolio.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Panamtec harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights.
21. Governing Law
Panamtec Portfolio is being developed and operated in the United States. A formal governing-law and venue designation may be provided in a future legal update when additional commercial and regulated service features are activated.
22. Changes to Terms
Panamtec may update these Terms as the service evolves. Updated Terms become effective when posted.
